The Loft hot tub is for use only between 0900 and 2200. The Cottage between 0900 and 2100. A full list of rules is provided in your accommodation.
One free parking space is provided onsite per booking. Please park with consideration for others.
If staying in The Cottage or The Airstream we provide a small supply to start you off.
If you have booked direct please note that you may cancel or change your booking up until 2 weeks before check in. If you wish to cancel or change after this point we will allow this if we are able to successfully readvertise and fill the unit. If you have booked through Airbnb please check the terms of your booking in their confirmation as these may vary.
Cousens Farm is a non smoking venue.

Check in is from 1600 and check out is by 1000.
The Cottage can sleep 2 adults + 2 children. Unfortunately we cannot accept children, infants or babies in The Loft.
Yes, we are dog friendly and happy to accommodate 1 well behaved dog per stay.
There is a Tesco and a Morrisons in Kingsbridge and a well equipped Spar in East Charleton. Stokely Farm Shop is between Stokenham and Torcross and also has a nice cafe and taphouse. Chillington and East Prawle each have village shops.
